To get in shape myself I have tried pretty much every diet and training concept out there. I was desperate to find the best way how to get in shape.
And in the past 10 years i have fallen for many of these so-called "fitness myths"...
But these mistakes opened my eyes.
My most important realisation: 20% of the actions produce 80% of the results. This automatically means that the other 80% of the actions are a WASTE OF TIME!
